Terms of Service

By accessing and using ShopFloorOS (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ShopFloorOS is a web-based application designed to manage and track shop floor operations, including work orders, employee performance, and other related data. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

You retain all ownership rights to the data, information, and content you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups of your User Content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The Service is provided "as is". We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not make any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

In no event will we, or our suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
